Employees Who Refuse to Go Back to Work Will Lose Unemployment Benefits – NewsWars

Employees who refuse to go back to work for businesses receiving Payroll Protection Program funds will now lose their unemployment benefits, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin revealed.

The change in policy comes after many workers rejected pleas from business owners to come back to their jobs because they were making more money from federal unemployment.

“If you offer a person a job… and that person does not take the job… then that person would not be allowed to get unemployment,” Mnuchin said Tuesday.

According to Fox News:

Mnuchin said that companies receiving benefits under the Payroll Protection Program who are inviting employees who had been laid off or furloughed due to the coronavirus crisis to return to work should plan to notify state unemployment offices of their offers.

If the employee, in turn, turns down the job, they would then be considered ineligible to receive expanded unemployment benefits.

The CARES Act, passed by Congress in March, awarded an extra $600 weekly for four months to those who had lost their jobs during the coronavirus chaos.

This, of course, created an incentive for many to not go back to work since they were now getting paid more money by the government to stay at home.

Case in point, a Washington state Salon owner said her employees were angry at her for offering them their jobs back after she got funded by the Payroll Protection Program.

The $600 weekly provision added money “to the typical weekly benefits paid by one’s state,” CNBC reported. “Those traditional benefits, which vary widely between states, replaced about 40% of one’s prior wages.”

“The measure’s improved $600-a-week payments, which run through July, aim to boost that wage replacement rate to 100% for the average worker. But some, especially lower-wage workers, can come out ahead.”

Global tyranny has arrived in 2020.

Dem Governors Keep Sending Covid Patients to Nursing Homes – NewsWars

There’s been a recent pattern of Democratic governors persistently sending coronavirus patients to nursing homes, which were already hot spots of Covid-19 deaths.

In Michigan, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has actually alienated other state Democrats with her insistent order to send coronavirus patients into nursing homes.

“To return seniors into an environment, seniors with the virus still recovering from the virus, into an environment with, well, seniors, just didn’t seem — it’s not a good idea,” said state representative Leslie Love (D-Detroit.)

The fact that Whitmer’s own party is rebelling against her decision suggests the governor might have been influenced by someone from above.

At the start of the outbreak, it was well reported that senior citizens were the most vulnerable to the coronavirus, especially those with compromised immunity systems who typically live in nursing homes.

Yet, in April, Whitmer demanded that seniors diagnosed with Covid-19 are to be placed in nursing homes, called “regional hubs,” with other healthy seniors.

Likewise, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo also demanded in April that his state’s nursing homes should admit Covid-19 patients.

According to the New York Post:

The governor — who himself has described nursing homes as a “feeding frenzy’’ for the deadly coronavirus — said that the facilities can’t challenge a state regulation forcing them to admit patients with the contagion.

But he insisted that nursing homes could transfer those ill with the virus to another facility if the centers lacked such things as quarantine space, proper protective equipment and staff.

Asked by a reporter at his daily briefing Sunday if there was anything contradictory about his statements, the governor replied, “No.”

It’s certainly significant that Democratic governors, who have been largely coordinating their Covid-19 responses together, are so adamant about sending coronavirus patients to nursing homes despite the explosion of coronavirus cases centered around nursing homes nationwide.

President Trump to Mobilize Military to Give Covid-19 Vaccine – This Is The Worst Idea Ever – NewsWars

In a move that will make globalists squeal with delight, President Trump says he would mobilize the military to give out the Covid-19 vaccine to the American public.

What a horrible idea! This is literally an idea the deep state would cook up. Does the president realize the pro-mandatory vaccine crowd is not his base?

According to CBS:

President Trump says he would “rapidly” mobilize the U.S. military to distribute a coronavirus vaccine once it’s ready, focusing first on nursing homes and the elderly most vulnerable to deadly complications from the virus. Mr. Trump made the comments during an interview with Fox Business’ Maria Bartiromo.

“We’re mobilizing our military and other forces but we’re mobilizing our military on the basis that we do have a vaccine. You know, it’s a massive job to give this vaccine. Our military is now being mobilized so at the end of the year we’re going to be able to give it to a lot of people very, very rapidly,” the president said.

“We will have a tremendous force because assuming we get it, then you have to distribute it,” he added. “And unless you’re mobilized and ready, you’re not going to be able to do it for a long time. So we’re starting now.”

Voice of America also reported that the president would release more details on Friday.

Scientists in Iceland said they have already found at least 40 different mutations of the coronavirus, which suggests that the vaccine could be as ineffective as a flu shot.

“So now they’re telling us they’re gonna rush a COVID vaccine when we know there have been twenty to thirty mutations of this virus already, and I’m very, very concerned that they’re rushing out a vaccine that will be dangerous, ineffective, et cetera, so I said this,” radio host Michael Savage said last week. “…And I don’t care who tells me I have to take it, if Donald Trump tells me to take it, I’m not taking it, you hear me? I’m not taking it for Jesus, I’m not taking it for Trump, I’m not taking it for Moses, I’m not not taking it for Isaiah, I’m not taking it for Muhammad, I’m not taking it for Charlie Parker, I’m not taking it.”

Washington State to Require Restaurants to Collect Personal Info of Diners For ‘Contact Tracing’ – NewsWars

The state of Washington is requiring restaurants to collect personal information from diners for its “contact tracing” surveillance program.

As part of its Phase 2 Covid-19 Reopening Requirements, state officials want restaurants to keep a “daily log” of diners with all their contact information that will be kept by each restaurant for at least 30 days.

According to the requirement:

“If the establishment offers table service, create a daily log of all customers and maintain that daily log for 30 days, including telephone/email contact information, and time in. This will facilitate any contact tracing that might need to occur.”

It’s currently unknown if restaurant owners will be required to submit this daily log to the state, but it’s certainly plausible that’s the ultimate goal.

Naturally this creates major privacy concerns as government officials are typically hesitant to give up “emergency powers” after a crisis has subsided, especially if the population has been conditioned to just give in to the “new normal” of mass surveillance resulting from exploited hysteria.

It also creates a system ripe for abuse, as unethical restauranteurs could resell the data or use it for marketing purposes.

And it really a good idea to give your home address to a restaurant employee, a total stranger?

This is the world that results in too many followers who lack self-respect and aren’t willing to question authority.

As Infowars previously reported, three US universities are using “contact tracing” surveillance to create a Chinese-style ‘social credit score’ system which will ‘score’ people based on their exposure to the virus.

Government tracking of the population has always been the goal, and the coronavirus presented a unique opportunity to usher in an era of worldwide surveillance.

Here’s Why Relief From Congress Won’t Spur Economy – NewsWars

The ongoing economic collapse isn’t due to a lack of money, but rather a lack of goods and services being produced due to coronavirus lockdowns across the US.

Thus it shouldn’t be expected that Congress and the Federal Reserve can stop a recession by simply printing and distributing money to Americans.

“Contrary to the actions taken and the assurances made by these authorities, the economic fallout from COVID-19 is not due to a scarcity of money, but a scarcity of goods and services,” wrote James Talocka for the Mises Institute. “…It is production alone that brings about the means for consumption. [French classic economist] J.B. Say reminds us that there is no need to worry about a lack of consumption, because production always falls short of man’s wants.”

“This is especially true under current economic conditions.”

It’s human nature to have unlimited wants, and the entire field of economics is about adjusting limited resources to make the most of people’s unlimited demands.

In short, the ongoing economic collapse is fueled in part due to the lack of production from nationwide lockdowns, and thus a lack of demand.

“The federal government is not only resorting to unproductive consumption through fiscal and monetary stimulus efforts, it is not even generating real demand,” Talocka continued. “J.B. Say points out that for demand to exist, goods must be produced for the purpose of exchange, goods which the government does not provide.”

That said, even if the lockdowns were to end tomorrow, the economy won’t immediately catapult back to pre-virus levels because, frankly speaking, the coronavirus also triggered a market correction in which the most debt-riddled businesses are going bankrupt.

Americans are also realizing that a debt-based consumer lifestyle is not sustainable when state governments can shut down the spigots of the economy without warning, which is partly why consumers are repaying their credit card debt at record rates.

“Consumer borrowing declined by $12 billion in March, the first time overall debt has fallen since August 2011, according to the central bank. The decline in percentage terms was 3.4%,” reported AP. “Borrowing in the category that covers credit cards dropped by $28.2 billion or 30.9%, the biggest percentage decline since January 1989.”

The other factor is that, due to the lockdowns, consumers don’t have much to buy right now which will put them in further debt.
