James Clapper is a serial liar.

In April 2019 former DNI Clapper said Bill Barr’s accusations that the Obama administration was spying on Trump was “stunning and scary.”

Then the following month, in May, he admitted it was true.

James Clapper also claimed in his memoir that General Michael Flynn “had been compromised by Russia.”

James Mattis: Social Distancing can’t stop the closeness we feel honoring the cost of freedom – Veterans Today

Submitted to VT by the Washington Post

James Mattis, retired four-star Marine Corps general and former defense secretary, writes in Washington Post Opinions: On Memorial Day this year, we may be keeping social distance from one another, but that cannot detract from the sense of closeness, the sense of community and the sense of shared sacrifice that we feel for one another on a day when we come face-to-face with the human cost of freedom.

What do we owe our fallen and their families on this day? Remembrance, for sure, yet we also owe a keen awareness of what they fought to defend: this great big experiment we call America.

…We are most indebted to our veterans who fell, and their families, for the survival of this experiment. They can never be fully repaid, but we begin to do so by respecting one another in this land of boundless possibilities, because those who faced down danger and paid the price on our behalf deserve no less.

Many of us enjoy America’s freedom by an accident of birth, yet we all live free in this land by our own choice. It is our responsibility to show respect and genuine friendship to each other as fellow citizens — including those with whom we sometimes disagree — by unifying around our radical idea. That is how we can meet our ultimate responsibility: to turn over to the next generation a republic in better shape than we received it.

Those who fell while wearing our nation’s cloth in defense of freedom, and the Gold Star families of their survivors, paid an everlasting price. Every American owes them a commitment to keeping vibrant the experiment for which they died.

Nebraska Mom Laura Smith Fights to Free James Fairbanks, Man Who Killed Her Son’s Molester Mattieo Condoluci

For over two decades, Laura Smith has been fighting for justice against the man who sexually assaulted her 5-year-old son.

While she was on a late-night grocery run in May 1993, Mattieo Condoluci, a former nightclub bouncer who she had just moved in with, sexually assaulted her son. When she returned to their home in Ormond Beach, Florida, she found her son in the bathroom violently crying, Smith told The Daily Beast on Wednesday.

“I knew something was instantly wrong,” Smith said, recounting how Condoluci tried to claim her son had just “wet the bed.” “My son had never wet the bed in his life. I ended up packing my stuff the next day and when we were leaving my son quietly said ‘Mommy I got something I got to tell you.’ I instantly knew.”

To Smith’s dismay, Condoluci was sentenced to four years of probation and drug counseling after he pleaded no contest in 1994 to attempted lewd and lascivious assault upon a child.

“It was a 5-year-old man’s word against a 37-year-old man’s word and he was manipulative, he was good at lying,” Smith said, adding the plea deal got “Condoluci on the sex offender list.”

But that didn’t stop Condoulci’s sinister behavior. In 2007, he was convicted in Sarpy County of raping a 13-year-old girl. While he was sentenced to five years in prison, the then 52-year-old was released in half the time for good behavior.

By June 2016, Smith was seeing her son “really struggling and starting to do drugs to cope”. So she turned to Facebook to warn others about Condoluci. In over a dozen posts on a Facebook page naming her son’s abuser, Smith wrote that “he must be stopped” and outlined manipulative tricks Condoulci used on single mothers “to get his hands on [their] children.”

Four years later, 64-year-old Condoluci was shot dead in his Omaha, Nebraska home by a middle school employee who may have been a member of Smith’s Facebook group.

James Fairbanks, 43, was arrested on Tuesday for criminal homicide in connection with Condoluci’s death, the Omaha Police Department told The Daily Beast. While charges are still pending, the police confirmed they are investigating a letter Fairbanks allegedly sent to news media outlets—and a Facebook group—confessing that he killed Condoluci to stop him from reoffending after noticing the registered sex offender had a playground set in his backyard. He was being held at Douglas County Jail on Wednesday.

“It’s a really dangerous thing when people start taking law enforcement into their own hands. That’s why we have a justice system,” Chief Deputy Douglas County Attorney Brenda Beadle told the Omaha World-Herald, citing the danger of “vigilante justice.”

Smith, however, has rallied for the 43-year-old since the news of his arrest, changing the name of her Facebook group to “Free James Fairbanks” and jumpstarting an online petition calling for a presidential pardon. As of Wednesday afternoon, the petition had 2,800 signatures.

“I am supporting him because after reading about him, I saw that he really isn’t a bad man,” Smith said. “I don’t think he is a killer and I don’t think he is a threat to society. He doesn’t belong in jail, I think he belongs in a hospital.”

“He is kind of like our frontline workers with this pandemic. James seemed to be overwhelmed and broken down after seeing so many children go through similar experiences at his job,” she added. “He is our frontline worker right now when it came to the sexual abuse of children.”

Police say at around 11:15 a.m. on May 16, officers responded to Condoluci’s home after reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found the 64-year-old dead.

Two days later, several news outlets received an email from a “Stop Predators” address with the subject line “Mattieo Condoluci Homicide.” In the letter, the anonymous author claimed to have shot Condoluci on Thursday evening—days before police discovered his body.

The author, who also posted the letter to an “Omaha Scanner” Facebook group under Fairbank’s name, said he came across Condoluci’s name when he was apartment hunting in the 64-year-old’s neighborhood and saw he was listed on Nebraska’s sex offender registry.

Detailing his work with victimized children, the author said he saw Condoluci standing in his driveway “pretending to wash his truck (no soap or water, just a rag) while staring at a group of children playing in the street. I watched him for a few minutes and just felt sick to my stomach. He just kept staring at them. The kids thankfully left and he went inside.”

“I’ve worked with kids for years who have been victimized and I couldn’t in good conscience allow him to do it to anyone else while I had the means to stop him,” the author states. “I’m willing to turn myself in even though I’m confident I wouldn’t be caught because its [sic] my opionion [sic] that we need to fix this in our socitey [sic]. We can not let this continue to happen to out [sic] children.”

Omaha Public Schools confirmed to The Daily Beast that Fairbanks worked at Morton Middle School from 2016 to 2018, before working at the school’s alternative Secondary Success Program, but he was now suspended. Before working for OPS, Fairbanks worked with troubled youths for a private company, his ex-wife told the Omaha World-Herald, which first reported on Condoluci’s death.

The email also mentions Smith’s Facebook group by name, stating that “one kid’s mother had created a predator Facebook page about him trying to warn people about him. Her son had been assaulted by him when he was 5 and the damage he did led the poor guy to die of a drug overdose years later and his mom directly blamed that incident on him.”

Kelly Tamayo, Fairbanks’ ex-wife, also said that he’d admitted to her “what he had done and that he was turning himself in to police.” Stating that Fairbanks, who had no history of violent crimes, “was apologetic,” she believed her ex-husband was “overwhelmed by the thought that this man was going to offend again” and he had to take matters into her own hands.

“We are all in shock to say the least,” Tamayo said. “Jim is a protector. He has worked with vulnerable kids his entire career. He took it very personally to protect his kids and other kids from [sex] offenders like that man was.”

Tamayo, however, applied for protection orders against Fairbanks in 2016 and 2018 while they were going through a divorce—a time she said was “extremely stressful for him” because he was fearful of losing their two children.

Smith said when she first heard that Fairbanks knew about her Facebook group, she was “in shock because she didn’t know who he was.” She said she believes Condoluci’s death was “a perfect storm of things” in Fairbank’s life, and she was relieved that the man who abused her son—who died of an overdose in 2017—had received what she thought was justice.

“James Fairbanks is as much a a victim as my son was from sexual abuse,” she said. “I think all the children that he had to pick up all the pieces were too much. He doesn’t deserve to be in jail.”

And Condoluci’s daughter, Amanda Henry, agreed with Smith’s petition to let her father’s killer go free. In a comment on the “Free James Fairbanks” page, Henry wrote that while losing her father hurts, he was a monster who was “so very wrong.”

“Murdering my dad was a horrible thing,” Henry later told the World-Herald, adding that Fairbanks should be given probation. “But children are much safer now, any other child he could have hurt is much safer.”

Blockbuster: A monologue by Dr. Preston James with Gordon Duff (classified/partially redacted) – Veterans Today

G, here is my take on the CV op. Your articles, especially the one today are excellent. Sad thing is that few are capable of accepting much truth ever so most goes on deaf ears since you have burst many false hopes in T and most cannot live without hope, they would rather believe a lie and feel better.

NEO: Pandemic exposes US as only Bioweapons Superpower

Years ago I was briefed by several high ranking former Intel who knew how these ops were conducted. The most surprising part was that the cover up teams are usually comprised of two or more divergent units, designed to create confusion and prevent anyone from really understanding the ops.

I used to know somebody that trained with OP40 shooters and refused to go to Dealey Plaza where he was told he would be protecting the President. He was afraid they would set him up as a patsy. Same for Marita Lorenz (Castro’s girlfriend and the mother of his son) except she went in the two car caravan but left the morning of the assassination because she wanted no part of it.

There were 5 including US Army Intel, Naval Intel, CIA, and RFK’s secret agent, Oswald who was sent to infiltrate Op40 to stop the plot but was instead set up and prepped as patsy wit the other 4. Tippet was actually supposedly shot by FBI man G. Gordon Liddy according to one insider for not shooting Oswald as ordered. Yes, many things went wrong, but the company had many ways to fix it all.

For example the JFK Assassination was run by (XXX redacted name of former president) for Ed Lansdale, Ted Shackley, Allan Dulles, President LBJ, and Nixon (who started OP40 for President Eisenhower). The operations in Dallas were run out of LBJ’s lawyers Law firm building on the top floor where the archives reside even to this very day.

There were two teams, Team A on one floor and Team B on another floor (retired CIA, retired Army Intel, and retired FBI) all paid for with cemetery style “perpetuity funds”. Team A produced ghost written books that Oswald did it like they did for Norman Mailer who they blackmailed into cooperating–and Team B released actual facts proving the USG did it using the 5 eyes system and the mafia.

There were over 200 Intel operatives and hitmen in Dealey Plaza photographed that day to provide many false leads to keep researchers arguing forever. Ruby had worked for Nixon but did not shoot Oswald, it was an FBI man-no frontal photo exists. Ruby was coerced into playing along. The Chicago Mafia had threatened to kill his two little dachshund dogs whom he loved like children. I was told this by the lady that rented her beauty shop from him where he had an office in the back in addition to his Carousel Club bar lounge strip joint where the Dallas cops hung out and got free drinks.

For those that have a very deep knowledge of the actual design and deployment of bioweapons, covert operations such as the various tests conducted in a number of American cities during the cold war (in my town, San Francisco, LA, NYC, Miami, and Cuba during the Secret War), they understand how these were done. Thousands of cases of cancer were from radiation (why we know so much about dirty bombs) which also had highly toxic cadmium sprayed with it. This was finally admitted in public hearings Bill Clinton allowed when he was president and he personally apologized to all victims.

I was briefed on some of these ops done against Cuba by Bradley Ayers (xxx redactions). He wrote a book about some of this. He never signed any confidentiality agreement because the white ghost, Ted Shackley his boss at the company forgot to have him do it.

Biological agents were seeded in Castro’s soap, toothpaste, into dispensed fleas and many ops like special bacteria and viruses in pigs. And on one occasion in his cigar by Marita Lorenz, whom he had a child with according to Jimmy Boots who was a close friend of hers and saved her life when Frank Sturgis (Frank Fiorini–fellow OP 40 man who went to NYC to terminate her when she was subpoenaed to testify at the HSCA, which she was able to do). Many creative infection vectors were selected by the Technical Services Division. I knew a man, an attorney who was very close friends with the head of the TSD who I learned a lot from.

Ops were usually divided into separate teams that were kept completely compartmented, especially in later years. You had the planning/design team. Then you had the deployment teams also separated from each other. Then you have the media teams for coverup ops who were experts at constructing many different conflicting confusing plausible cover stories, some designed to appeal to conspiracy oriented members of the public and others to appear to habitual deniers that the govt could ever do anything wrong.

In NYC these ops involves breaking bacteria and viral filled light-bulbs in the subways to infect the public with supposedly harmless test viruses. In at least one case many died and this was completely covered up. In xxxxxx low level radiation was sprayed in neighborhoods and heavily in one High School, where every student exposed was sterile for life supposedly. Urine samples were taken from local doctor’s offices and blood samples from labs for analysis.

I believe that this is either a Miltel op of the US ARMY at Fort Huachuca, or a joint CIA/Mossad op wherein CV is being randomly added to xxxredacted covertly. To me this is the only way that side a wide variety of groups of types of infections occur. Adding these viral fragments to xxxxxxx randomly would explain the infection clusters. We know from Icelandic medical researchers that they found about 40 different varieties of CV-19, most fairly harmless and only a few serious.

Now they are going to expand the op by going after the children in order to accentuate the op and upset folks the most. This was always part of the plan. It is all designed to destroy the old through generation of massive chaos in order their long desired Globalist NWO one-world satanic govt could emerge. they have probably been randomly adding various serious strains of the CV-19 to prescription drugs given mostly older folks and some insulin too. This creates the clusters and makes it hard to understand infection routes. There are numerous well developed immediate cures for this CV-19 which responds to anti-parisitical agents like Ivermectin.

When the ZCabal controls all the mainstream media for the last 50+ years it is easy to completely mind-kontrol all through generating the reality they need to implement their Globalist NWO one-world satanic govt.

Most money is always spent on the coverup and the whole thing is run, planned and paid for by pure hard core Satanists who are required to disclose this by masked display of the number sequence 666. Few know this.

Netflix’s ‘Dead to Me’ Found a Brilliantly Soapy Way to Bring Back James Marsden in Season 2

This post contains spoilers for Dead to Me Season 2.

Maybe it’s the surreality of, well, everything lately—or maybe it’s just aged like the fine wines all of its characters toss back by the bottle. Whatever the reason, Dead to Me Season 2 hits even better than Season 1—fighting off a sophomore slump with a fresh batch of twists, dramatic ironies, and, most importantly, some more Christina Applegate angsting out to metal. Perhaps this season’s smartest move, however, is a trope pulled straight out of Soapy Dramas 101: Bringing James Marsden back to play his own twin.

Series creator Liz Feldman was sending the usual thank-you notes back and forth with cast and crew after Season 1 wrapped when she received a particularly amusing message from Marsden.

“He sends me this just lovely email saying, essentially, sort of jokingly like, ‘What’s the chance that Steve could survive a traumatic head injury?’” Feldman told The Daily Beast with a laugh during a recent interview. “I thought, God, if there was a way to bring him back, I would just love to keep working with him. And so I got this idea in my head. It just made me laugh.”

In Dead to Me’s premiere season, Marsden plays attorney Steve Wood—abusive ex-fiancé to Linda Cardellini’s Judy Hale, who was last seen floating dead in Jen’s (Applegate’s) pool during the Season 1 finale. Season 2 explores, among other things, exactly how that happened.

As Feldman discussed possibilities for Season 2 over coffee with her friend, Dead to Me writer Kelly Hutchinson, she mentioned the email from Marsden—“and we just literally looked at each other and at the same exact time we were like, ‘Twins?!’”

In a twist on the usual “evil twin” gambit, Marsden’s Ben is a kind-hearted chiropractor—and Marsden’s sweet off-screen persona certainly doesn’t hurt in selling it. “James physically brings such a light to the set every time he’s there,” Feldman said. “He is like a ray of rainbow sunshine. Whatever your ideal of like what a wonderful man is, he is that.”

Yes, Feldman knows this is a very trope-y thing to do; that’s kind of the point. Dead to Me Season 2 continues the show’s established tradition of blending TV genres to reflect the often absurd ways in which real life unfolds. At times that can include some daytime TV tropes—executed, always, with a sly wink.

Feldman has written about how her real-life fertility struggles influenced Dead to Me’s ethos; in a column for Glamour last spring, she wrote, “I have learned to look at the darkest moments in life and see the comic aura around them. It’s become more than a coping mechanism; it’s my ethos. And now it’s a TV show.”

Now, amid a devastating pandemic, that ethos can be almost as comforting as it is entertaining—like an acknowledgement of just how fucked up life can truly get. “But even before this, that was just my experience of life,” Feldman said. “Like, one day you could be on top of the world. You know, later that day you can find out, you know, your best friend passed away.”

“When you’re in grief there’s a certain filter that you experience life through,” Feldman added. “It’s hypersensitive and it’s vulnerable, and I think that is something that is woven into the fabric of the show.”

We just literally looked at each other and at the same exact time we were like, ‘Twins?!’

‘Dead to Me’ creator Liz Feldman

Marsden, Cardellini, and Applegate were all friends before working together on the show, which can make the set something of a mutual admiration society.

“I was just talking to Christina yesterday, and she was just telling me how good she thinks Linda is,” Feldman said. “And I was talking to Linda, and Linda was saying how good she thinks Christina is.”

In Season 2, Feldman wanted delve deeper into cynical Jen and doe-eyed Judy’s friendship, peeling back a few layers to discover whether that bond “could transcend the toxicity from which it came.” But she also wanted to expand on a few smaller characters from Season 1, including Diana Maria Riva’s detective Ana Perez. Turns out, Perez has a pretty complicated situation at home; she’s still living with her ex Michelle (Natalie Morales), who (naturally) happens to start dating Judy.

“I had always in my mind thought of [Perez] as an LGBTQ person,” Feldman said. “It was just never said in the first season because there was no reason to say it; you know, it just didn’t come up.”

Judy, Feldman added, was inspired by an amalgamation of her friends. It felt natural to introduce her queerness without much fanfare: “Like, that’s just who she is. She’s a walking, beating heart.”

And then, there’s the show’s “fourth lead” character, as Feldman puts it—all of that wine. When asked how many bottles of prop wine the series goes through to film even one episode, Feldman admitted she couldn’t even say. And then came perhaps the biggest twist of all: “This is the truth,” Feldman said. “The truth is, I don’t even drink wine.”

LeBron James accused of ‘sh*t-stirring’ and ‘brand-building’ after tweeting outrage at death of young black man — RT Sport News

LeBron James has been accused of using the death of a young black man in Georgia to “build a brand” and “sh*t stir,” after the NBA icon suggested African Americans were “being hunted” in a tweet about the tragedy.

Footage appeared this week of the death of Ahmaud Arbery, 25, who was killed on February 23 while out running just outside Brunswick, according to authorities in Georgia.

Arbery had reportedly been chased down by father and son Gregory and Travis McMichael, who were reportedly armed and suspected Arbery of being the person behind a series of break-ins in the area. After a struggle with Travis McMichael, shots were fired and Arbery was killed.

James responded to the emergence of the footage of the incident by tweeting his outrage on Wednesday.

“We’re literally hunted EVERYDAY/EVERYTIME we step foot outside the comfort of our homes!” the LA Lakers star fumed.

“Can’t even go for a damn jog man! Like WTF man are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?!? No man fr ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! I’m sorry Ahmaud (Rest In Paradise) and my prayers and blessings sent to the heavens above to your family.”

However, that response has drawn accusations from bellicose Fox Sports host Jason Whitlock that James was using the death to burnish an image as a social rights warrior.

“This isn’t helpful. It’s twitter trolling. It’s using this man’s tragedy to build a brand as more outspoken than Michael Jordan,” Whitlock wrote.

“There are all kinds of ways to draw attention to this tragedy. Suggesting that we are hunted everyday/every time is just sh*t-stirring.”

Whitlock promptly became the center of his own backlash, although doubled-down on Thursday, tweeting: “LeBron is the Pied Piper for a lot of athletes.

“If the goal is to promote justice for Ahmaud Arbery, LeBron’s rhetoric doesn’t promote justice. It promotes emotion and fear, the enemies of justice. We can continue to promote emotion/fear or we can seek justice.”

No criminal charges have been filed in the Arbery case, although reports on Thursday suggested that it would go to a grand jury as officials faced mounting calls for justice.

FBI Defends Chris Wray, Throws James Comey Under the Bus in Statement on New Flynn Documents

The FBI released a statement on the new Flynn documents produced to Flynn’s attorney casting doubt on Mueller’s prosecutor Brandon Van Grack’s compliance with a court order to produce “Brady” material.

On Tuesday FOX News reported on Prosecutor Brandon Van Grack’s failure to produce all evidence including favorable evidence on General Flynn to his attorneys.

The Bureau said Tuesday in a statement, “the FBI previously produced those materials to the Inspector General and U.S. Attorney Durham.”

It is unclear when the new Flynn documents were given to Horowitz and Durham.

“With regard to certain documents in the Michael Flynn matter from the 2016-2017 time period that are now the subject of reporting by the press, the FBI previously produced those materials to the Inspector General and US Attorney Durham,” the FBI said.

The FBI defended Director Wray and threw ‘failure’ James Comey under the bus

“The Flynn investigation was initiated and conducted during this time period, under prior FBI leadership….Director Wray remains firmly committed to addressing the failures under prior FBI leadership while maintaining the foundational principles of rigor, objectivity, accountability, and ownership in fulfilling the Bureau’s mission to protect the American people and defend the Constitution.”

Director Wray is shifting the blame to Comey now that bombshell documents exonerating Flynn are surfacing.

Mueller’s so-called ‘ongoing investigation’ allowed for the Justice Department to conceal all documents in Flynn’s case but now it’s all unraveling since AG Barr appointed a US Attorney to take over Mueller’s cases.

More Flynn documents surfaced Tuesday afternoon and “additional documents may be forthcoming.”
