Fox’s Chris Wallace Shreds Kayleigh McEnany for Questioning Reporters’ Faith

Fox News anchor Chris Wallace tore into White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany on Sunday morning for questioning the religious beliefs and faith of White House reporters, saying he’s never seen a press secretary act like that in his long career.

Following President Donald Trump’s Friday announcement in which he demanded that all houses of worship reopen “right now” and toothlessly threatened to “override” governors who have limited gatherings due to coronavirus restrictions, McEnany took a snide shot at the press corps.

Asked what federal powers Trump had to force states to open up places of worship during the pandemic, McEnany said the president would “strongly encourage” the governors that churches are essential before snarking that she found it “interesting to be in a room that desperately wants to seem to see these churches and houses of worship stay closed.”

Kayleigh McEnany Responds to Left-Wing Reporters Opining on Dangers of Hydroxychloroquine with FIRE (VIDEO)

White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany on Wednesday shredded left-wing reporters opining on the dangers of taking hydroxychloroquine.

During his press conference with restaurant owners on Monday, President Trump announced he was taking the life-saving drug Hydroxychloroquine as a prophylaxis against the Wuhan Coronavirus.

President Trump admitted he has been taking Hydroxychloroquine for “a couple weeks.”

As expected, the Democrat-media complex went crazy in response to Trump taking the anti-malaria drug that has been safely prescribed to people since the 1950s.

The snakes in the White House press pool tried their best to throw ‘gotcha questions’ at Kayleigh McEnany regarding the so-called dangers of taking hydroxychloroquine.

McEnany wasn’t having it and not only shredded the reporters, but went after the Cuomo brothers!

The White House Press Sec blasted CNN anchor Chris Cuomo for taking a less safe version of Hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19.

Watch Obama Admin Tell Reporters Gen. Flynn Was Innocent and They Would Help Trump Transition Team — WHILE THEY WERE SPYING ON THEM

This was pretty disgusting.

Back on January 13, 2017, Former Deputy Spokesperson for the State Department under Barack Obama, Mark Toner, told reporters the Obama administration did not see anything inappropriate about contact between members of this administration and foreign officials.

Mark Toner told reporters the Obama administration would not only HELP the transition team reach out to foreign officials should they ask, but that they saw no problem with General Flynn speaking to any foreign official- including Russian Ambassador Kislyak.

President Trump Abruptly Ends Press Conference After CBS and CNN Reporters Disrupt Briefing

President Trump has been experimenting with new formats for holding press briefings since the daily COVID-19 Chinese coronavirus task force briefings devolved into daily brawls with obnoxious reporters deliberately distorting Trump’s comments to make him come off as if he wanted to poison Americans with disinfectants.

Monday afternoon Trump tried a Rose Garden setting with reporters wearing mandatory masks after two White House staffers tested positive for the virus last week. The subject was increased testing to get the country ready for reopening.

The press conference was going reasonably well, with reporters asking questions and follow-ups without incident until Trump called on CBS News reporter Weijia Jiang for a second time and then CNN’s Kaitlan Collins got in on the act.

Jiang accused Trump of viewing testing for the virus as a “global competition” because he keeps saying how America leads the world in testing while “everyday Americans are still losing their lives and we’re still seeing more cases every day”. Trump told her people are losing their lives everywhere in the world and that she should ask that question of China.

Jiang, who was born in China, took offense at Trump telling her she should ask her question of China. The pandemic virus originated in the Hubei province city of Wuhan in China last November. China did not inform the world until late January the virus could be spread human to human. At that point the virus was seeded around the world leading to the deaths of hundreds of thousands people.

Trump called on another reporter but Jiang interjected asking why he said she should ask China that question. Trump told an indignant Jiang who stood and badgered Trump that he was not telling her specifically but to “anybody that would ask a nasty question like that”. Trump signaled for another reporter in the back to ask a question, bypassing CNN’s Kaitlan Collins who had hung back and waited for Jiang to harangue Trump when Trump pointed to her to ask a question. Collins stepped to the microphone anyway and demanded to ask her questions. Collins would not leave the mic and kept talking when Trump told her she had missed her turn, so Trump ended the press conference and walked back into the White House.

Trump earlier made clear his anger with China over its conduct regarding the virus.

Jiang indicated Sunday night she was ready to rumble, “JUST IN: The President will hold a formal press briefing tomorrow for the first time since April 27th. The topic is “testing”, which great because I have a lot of questions.”

Germany snubs US Nordstream sanctions as Russia will complete pipeline – Veterans Today

Germany not planning to respond to US sanctions on Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline

…from Sputnik News, Moscow

[ Editor’s Note: No big surprise here. The marriage of Russian gas and Germany is here to stay because after landing in Germany it will be connected to a wider distribution network. The heart of the EU industrial economy is affordable gas.

It is obviously critical to the EU’s long term energy security to have multiple sources that it can depend on that cannot be held hostage by problems in one country, that would include an outside actor like the US wanting to muscle in on the EU gas market by choking a transit point somewhere.

Trump’s plan to do this with more expensive LNG gas never made sense from day one with its Mafia perspective, where you find a way to extort a buyer into taking your high priced goods.

Trump was confidant that with the extortion tools available to him as president by playing the sanction bogeyman, given time he would rule. With the huge oversupply of oil and gas, rock bottom prices, and a major recession, a delay in finishing the pipeline hurts no one.

But despite all of his bluster, a diplomatic or economic genius he ain’t, unless you measure that on how well he has padded the bank accounts of his backers Jim W. Dean ]

BERLIN (Sputnik) – Berlin is not planning to respond to any US sanctions placed on the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline despite disagreeing with the US position that the involvement in the project poses a threat to NATO, Germany’s Federal Cabinet said in a document on Monday.

“The government will not initiate the discussion of retaliatory measures, diplomatic sanctions or entry bans against those responsible for the Nord Stream 2 sanctions. The government believes that such measures are not useful. Additionally, the government draws attention to the fact that countermeasures to sanctions can only be introduced in agreement with the European Union,” the cabinet document reads.

At the same time, lawmakers reiterated their rejection of international sanctions and expressed their belief that the involvement in the gas project does not pose a risk to NATO.

“The federal government does not share the view that German policy towards Nord Stream 2 threatens NATO,” the cabinet document said.

In February, US President Donald Trump voiced his approval to levy sanctions against the Nord Stream 2 project, a 745-mile-long twin pipeline that will carry nearly 2 trillion cubic feet of gas annually. The project is a joint venture between Russia’s Gazprom and five other companies, including Germany’s Uniper and Wintershall.

The Nord Stream 2 is a joint venture between Russia’s Gazprom and five European companies. The 745-mile-long twin pipeline will carry up to 1.942 trillion cubic feet of gas per year from Russia to Germany through the territorial waters or exclusive economic zones of Denmark, Finland, Germany, Russia and Sweden. Washington has long been opposing the project, while trying to promote its liquefied natural gas to the European market.

Washington imposed sanctions on the project in December, and Swiss contractor Allseas almost immediately suspended the construction of the gas pipeline. Russian President Vladimir Putin said in January that the pipeline should be finished by 2021, or by the first quarter of next year at the latest.
